Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a design error that was our fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

We’ll be happy to send a free replacement or offer a refund in such cases.
Please double-check your personalization details (such as pet photo and name) before placing your order — we are not responsible for errors made during the customization process.
